Finance Admin. Assistant
Position Summary
Responsible for enhancing executive effectiveness by providing necessary administrative and clerical assistance.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
- Prepare finance related reports as advised by the manager by collecting and analyzing information.
- Maintain appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
- Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing
- Draft letters, emails and documents
- Initiate telecommunications.
- Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
Job Specification
- Bachelors Degree in Management or equivalent qualification.
- 5+ years of experience in secretarial aspects in the field of Finance.
- Comprehensive understanding of office management functions.
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Female below 35 years.
